  Not a bad small chain bakery. I don't believe they bake much/anything here; instead, it's trucked in fresh from another Charlotte location. That doesn't decrease the quality...maybe takes something away from the atmosphere compared to a place that bakes in-house. But otherwise has the typical bakery/coffee shop atmosphere and clientele. Good selection of bakery items and coffee varieties. Prices are fair.

  Cold! Impersonal, Nothing even remotely appetizing to eat, and the bathrooms were filthy! I'd just as soon gone to a gas station bathroom. The curtains were dusty and the windows were dirty, cobwebs in the corners and the couch materials were sticky and nasty. I live 1/2 mile away and will drive to Matthews for my coffees and lattes. The lack of care gives me concern over the cleanliness of the food and drinks I get also!! This is so sad because this place has huge potential!! I now understand the reason for the lack of customers. This place needs an owner that cares about the comfort of their customers not just the dollar they bring in. (I had to give it at least one star to write the review.... otherwise I would have given it none!)
