  Have been there a couple of times in the past month. Food is very good, moderate to high price. They will try to make your dining experience as positive as possible. I ordered a Moscow Mule that wasn't as good as the last time I was there. Waitress was very helpful and switched it out for a different variation. This wasn't much better. Spoke to manager, not because of waitress, just because I figured I needed a more in depth cause for dissatisfaction. Manager, after listening carefully to my explanation and request found a solution to my dissatisfaction and remedied it. Very customer oriented. Will continue to patronize this business more than I have been.

  20+$$ for Prime Rib, had to leave a good 1/4 of it in the plate due to fat and gristle. App was good, desert was great, service was friendly and attentive, but for a $100 bill for two people, I would have expected a 4 or 5 star experience, not a 3.
