  The service is generally good, although the employee turnover seems very high. I assume it's typical for a lot of retail establishments. What really bothered me is the music they play in the store. First, it is way too loud. Second, the music taste seems to cater to the employees and not to the customer. Frankly,
  I'd rather they play Nothing at All.

  This is the closest DD to our home. Every time we go there is something going on with the employees. Some employees drive away in the middle of their shift. The employees fight often and curse in front of the customers. Our orders are usually incorrect when we receive them. Today, two employees walked out so we were locked in the dining room because the employees who were left to work could not handle more than the drive thru. Another employee left as it was the end of her shift, leaving one employee. We were told that the door would be unlocked when we were ready to leave. Not saying all the employees are involved. This site is in great need of a good manager or two. We like DD and like I said it is the closest to our home. Not fair to the customers!
